During your appointment, you’ll lie on the machine while it takes a series of detailed images. Here’s what you can expect: 

• Before the Exam: You’ll change into a provided gown and remove clothing from the waist up, along with any jewelry or glasses.
• Positioning: You’ll lie face down on the imaging table, which has an open center to allow your breast to rest naturally for scanning.
• During the Scan: The CT system captures high-resolution images from multiple angles without touching your body. The machine is quiet with no noticeable vibration.
• Safety & Comfort: Vera Scan uses low-dose radiation and minimizes discomfort, creating a calm, comfortable experience.

Contrast Dye: Making Detection More Accurate
