Dr. Lakshmi Tegulapalle is a board-certified radiologist specializing in breast imaging. A personal connection to the fight against breast cancer drives her work: her beloved grandmother succumbed to the disease, and her daughter’s namesake, Hattie, battled breast cancer for decades.
Dr. Tegulapalle’s mission is to create a smooth path for her patients and forge a true partnership, breaking the mold of an often faceless, daunting healthcare system.

After graduating medical school, Dr. Tegulapalle completed her residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in women’s imaging. Prior to joining Bedford Breast Center, she served as Medical Director at one of Los Angeles County’s largest breast centers. Her dedication to helping breast cancer patients and providing compassionate care make her a welcome addition our team.
Dr. Tegulapalle enjoys spending time with her partner, parents, and children. When she’s not shuffling family around to theater, tennis, and basketball practice, she finds solace in starting (although rarely finishing) a great book.
