He was out of town, but his office mgr referred me to Dr. Richardson who was able to see me that afternoon. Dr. Heather was lovely! She performed an ultrasound, showed me the screen and explained what she was seeing throughout the entire exam. I learned that I had a fibroadenoma, that is among the most common breast lumps in young women and that we could either do a biopsy to evaluate the lump or I could return in 6 months to measure it again.
