The Bedford Breast Center works with most
PPO insurance plans.
If you don’t have health insurance but still require a treatment for a breast condition, our office is ready to accommodate. We unfortunately do not offer a free clinic, but we’ve done everything possible to lower your cost of healthcare at our office. Please give our office a call to find out more.
As a point of patient education, we will provide you with the basic fees involved in breast treatment. Additional fees based on the treatment you will be receiving will be quoted to you during your initial consultation. There are three separate costs involved in most procedures.
Each cost is separate. These are:
Treatment fee, which is the fee paid to the breast cancer surgeon for delivering the treatment that you are receiving.
Facility fee, which is paid to the Breast Center itself for use of its facilities, including the operating room.
Anesthesia fee, which covers the anesthesia aspect of your treatment where this is necessary. This is considered to be a separate procedure from the treatment itself.
